The rights of all those concerned are respected and we ensure fairness, appropriateness, confidentiality, and a transparent procedure in every investigation.

Reporting line on TTPW Regulation

The Stroeer Compliance Hotline also acts as a reporting line in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/900 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (TTPW Regulation).

The reporting office is open to both natural and legal persons. Reports can be made if there are indications that political advertising published by the Stroeer Group as publisher is not in compliance with the TTPW Regulation.
Reports regarding the TTPW Regulation must contain the following information:
• Reason for the deviation from the TTPW regulation
• As detailed a description as possible of the advertisement in question: e.g., which advertising theme and medium is affected? Where and when was the advertisement seen?
• Name and email address of the reporting natural or legal person
